Repacking

BC have extensive facilities to repack a wide range of hazardous products into many different pack sizes. The configuration of the site can accommodate up to five bulk tanks simultaneously.

Refilling from bulk or iso tanks into IBCs, drums and even smaller pack sizes down to 1 litre are all offered under the BC umbrella of quality service and in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for handling and labelling. Packed products can also be loaded directly onto shipping containers for deep sea movements.

IBCs or Bulk Bags filled to the exact weight for your process.

Blending and repacking

We have blending vessels from 5,000 to 40,000 litres which act as temporary holding tanks for out of schedule loads, blending vessels for bulk and drum stock and dissolution vessels to provide you with exactly the solution your process needs.

Small Packs

25 litre packs are filled routinely, 5 litre to 0.5 litre packs need a longer lead time.

Solids Repackaging

we repackage distressed or damaged bags, fill small packs from bulk bags, bulk bags from small packs and 'specials' - bulk bags and powder IBCs filled to your exact weight for process demands.
